1. Organizing company
This giveaway (hereinafter, the "Giveaway") is organized by Labeille Jewelry S.L. (hereinafter, "Labeille Jewelry" or "the Company"), with Tax ID B26656959 and registered office at C/ Poeta Joan Maragall 1, PL 16, 28020 Madrid, through its official Instagram profile @labeillejewelry_.
2. Giveaway duration
The Giveaway will begin on 20 August 2026 at 6:00 p.m. and will end on 1 September 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Central European Time, Spain). No entries will be accepted outside this period.
The winner will be announced on 2 September 2026 at 10:30 a.m. via Instagram stories and/or posts on the @labeillejewelry_ account.
3. Territorial scope and participation requirements
3.1 Geographical scope
The Giveaway is open exclusively to residents of Spain (mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
3.2 Minimum age
Participation is open to individuals over 18 years of age. Labeille Jewelry may request age verification at any time and disqualify anyone who does not meet this requirement.
3.3 How to participate
To take part in the Giveaway, interested individuals must, during the period indicated in section 2:
- Follow the Instagram account @labeillejewelry_.
- Like the official Giveaway post.
- Mention a friend (a different Instagram account from your own) in a comment on that post.
Each person may participate as many times as they leave valid comments, mentioning a different friend each time, unless these rules are expressly amended to limit this.
Failure to fully comply with all of these requirements will result in automatic exclusion from participation.
3.4 Extra entry (optional)
Additionally, those who meet the requirements of section 3.3 may obtain one extra chance to win if, during the Giveaway period, they share the official Giveaway post to their own Instagram story and mention/tag the account @labeillejewelry_.
This action is optional and does not replace the mandatory requirements in section 3.3; instead, it is added as an extra entry in the random selection of the winner.
4. Prize
The prize consists of one (1) Labeille Jewelry gift card worth €100 (one hundred euros), redeemable at [www.labeillejewelry.com].
The prize may not be exchanged for cash, transferred to third parties, or substituted for any other product or service than the one indicated.
5. Winner selection process
Once the participation period has ended, the winner will be selected at random using a digital giveaway tool from among all comments that meet the requirements of section 3.3, including the additional entries obtained in accordance with section 3.4.
6. Notification and delivery of the prize
- The winner will be publicly announced on 2 September 2026 at 10:30 a.m., and will be contacted directly by Labeille Jewelry via Instagram direct message (DM) and/or email.
- The winner will have 48 hours from the first contact attempt to respond and provide the information required to deliver the prize. If no response is received within this period, the prize will pass to the next person selected according to the order generated by the giveaway tool used.
- The prize will be delivered in the form of a digital code, sent on the same day the winner is contacted and confirms their details, via the channel of their choice (email or Instagram DM).
7. Disclaimer of liability for Meta/Instagram
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc., nor is it associated with these platforms in any way. The information provided is given to Labeille Jewelry and not to Instagram/Meta.
8. Personal data protection
The personal data provided by participants (Instagram username and, where applicable, email address) will be processed by Labeille Jewelry S.L., as data controller, solely for the purpose of managing participation in the Giveaway, contacting the winner and delivering the prize.

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to administracion@labeillejewelry.com.
9. Acceptance of the rules
Participation in the Giveaway implies full acceptance of these official rules. Labeille Jewelry reserves the right to amend these rules or cancel the Giveaway for justified reasons, and will duly communicate any such changes through its Instagram profile.
