What are the time limits for exchanging or returning an item?
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to send back the item(s) you wish to exchange or return.
How do I exchange an item?
ONLINE:
You can exchange any item purchased at www.labeillejewelry.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
To proceed with an exchange, you can send us an email at pedidos@labeillejewelry.com and request an exchange.
First, you must indicate in the subject line "return" or "exchange".
Exchanges can only be made for the same item reference, changing the color or size depending on availability.
You must send the jewelry in its original packaging and in perfect condition. It must not have been worn, gotten wet, or damaged.
To send the jewelry back to us, you can choose any shipping provider you wish (shipping costs are borne by the customer). We will cover the cost of shipping the new piece of jewelry to you.
Our parcel reception hours are Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm and Friday from 9 am to 2 pm.
Under no circumstances will we be responsible for parcels that could not be delivered, nor will we be able to collect them from any courier office.
We will ship the new piece of jewelry as soon as we receive your package.
How do I return a piece of jewelry?
You can return any item purchased at www.labeillejewelry.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
To do so, you must request the return by sending us an email at pedidos@labeillejewelry.com, indicating "return" in the subject line and including your order number in the message.
To return the jewelry, you can choose any shipping provider you wish (shipping costs are borne by the customer).
If it is an exchange, the cost of the new shipment to your address will be covered by Labeille Jewelry.
You must include in the package the completed printed return form that you will have received.
Without this form, our logistics department will not process the return.
Once our after-sales service has validated your return, the items must be sent in their original packaging and in perfect condition. They must not have been worn, gotten wet, or damaged.

Have you received my exchange or return?
Please allow approximately 10 days for your package to arrive and be processed.
Once it has been received, you will get a message to let you know it has arrived.

When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive and process your return, we will issue the refund for the returned piece(s) of jewelry.
What should I do if an item arrives in poor condition?
We pay very close attention when preparing each order.
